EPA Certified Contractor

Nick Strickland has become EPA certified for Renovation, Repair, and Painting rules (RRP) on lead-safe practices. EPA requires that firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in pre-1978 homes and other facilities be certified by EPA and that they use certified renovators who are trained by EPA-approved training providers to follow lead-safe work practices. BUDGETING

Once we get to a certain point (plans, specifications, room finish out schedules, and allowance schedules all completed) we complete an accurate detailed job cost for your project. Until then we give you a preliminary cost estimate. Often the client wants to change something during their construction process. When this occurs, they will pre-approve the cost of the change before the work is done so they will know how much the cost will be and the time frame required. Pre-planning helps cut down on changes, which in turn helps keep the cost in line.
