Nick Strickland will help you find that perfect lot to fit your budget, and the size and layout or your house, and will also consult you on your lot regarding set-backs, trees, deed restrictions, drainage, utilities, and soil testing. BUDGETING

Once we get to a certain point (plans, specifications, room finish out schedules, and allowance schedules all completed) we do a complete accurate detailed job cost for your project. Until then we give you a preliminary cost estimate. If a client wants to change something during their construction process, we then issue a change order for the client to approve so there are no surprises.
